Mr Etienne Roux

Etienne currently holds a number of senior management, advocacy and consultancy positions across the social services industry in Australia.
In his role as General Manager, Etienne is responsible for the senior management of over thirty nine government-funded, philanthropic investment and social services which includes a range of programs and projects across mental health, sport, youth, advocacy, humanitarian and refugee settlement, social inclusion and cohesion. The role has a key focus on working closely with key stakeholders in both government and non-government to ensure sustainable outcomes towards independence and social inclusion with positive quality of life outcomes for marginalised communities.
Over the years, Etienne has demonstrated his skills as a leader to drive organisational change and implement sustainable strategic initiatives that enhance the lives and opportunities of marginalised communities. He currently holds a number of local, state and national advocacy and ambassador roles across mental health, youth, sport and recreation, social cohesion, inclusion, community development, employment and education.
Etienne believes in maintaining sound relationships and delivering quality results based on evidence based practice.
