Dr Angela White
Deputy Director, eMHPrac (QUT) | eMHPrac – E-Mental Health in Practice, Queensland University of Technology, Centre for Children’s Health Research
Dr Angela White is the Deputy Director of eMHPrac (e-Mental Health in Practice), a Commonwealth funded program rolling out e-mental health training to GPs, Allied Health practitioners and service providers working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. eMHPrac is coordinated by Queensland University of Technology in partnership with the Australian National University, Black Dog Institute, University Centre for Rural Health and Menzies School of Health Research.
Dr White has over 25 years experience as a Clinical Psychologist and has been integrally involved in the development, evaluation and application within clinical practice of mobile and online e-mental health programs and resources. Angela is also the Chair of the Australian Psychological Society ePsychology Interest Group and is a Clinical Consultant with the University of Queensland School of Psychology.
